Why Choose the P365 FUSE?
Having handled hundreds of P365 variants at our Wichita shop, the FUSE model stands out for three reasons:
- The enhanced grip texture provides superior control – especially important for Kansas concealed carry in humid summers
- Factory-installed flat trigger improves consistency compared to standard curved triggers
- Optics-ready slide accepts popular red dots without aftermarket milling
Pros & Cons
✅ What we like:
- Best-in-class concealability – disappears under a t-shirt
- Reliable feeding with all 9mm defensive ammo we’ve tested
- Superior ergonomics vs standard P365 grip
- Direct compatibility with most P365 holsters
- Excellent aftermarket support for upgrades
❌ Considerations:
- Smaller grip may require extension for larger hands (see our magazine extensions)
- Standard sights adequate but not target-grade (we recommend aftermarket night sights)
Who Should Buy This?
Buy it if:
- You need a reliable concealed carry pistol that won’t print

Frequently Asked Questions
How to clean Sig Sauer P365 FUSE?
Field strip by removing magazine, locking slide back, rotating takedown lever, then sliding assembly forward off frame. Clean barrel and slide with CLP, lubricate rails and contact points sparingly. We recommend cleaning every 200 rounds for optimal reliability.
How to disassemble Sig Sauer P365 FUSE?
Same as cleaning process: unload, lock slide back, rotate takedown lever downward, release slide stop while controlling slide removal. The FCU (fire control unit) can be further disassembled but we don’t recommend this for routine maintenance.
Where can I buy a Sig Sauer P365 FUSE online?
Kansas Gunshop (kansas-gunshop.com) carries the complete P365 lineup with fast FFL shipping. As a Kansas-based dealer since 2008, we handle all paperwork for smooth transfers.
How much does a Sig Sauer P365 FUSE cost?
MSRP is $649, but we sell it for $499. This includes the pistol, one 10-round magazine, case, and all factory paperwork. Kansas residents add applicable sales tax.
Does the P365 FUSE accept red dots?
Yes, the slide comes optics-ready for SIG’s ROMEOZero footprint. Adapter plates are available for Holosun 407K/507K and other micro dots.
What holsters fit the P365 FUSE?
Most P365 holsters work since dimensions are identical to standard models. We recommend Vedder LightTuck or CrossBreed MiniTuck for IWB carry.
Is the threaded barrel version available?
Yes, we stock both standard and threaded barrel configurations. The threaded model adds about 0.8″ to barrel length for suppressor or comp use.
