If you’re building a Polymer80 PF45, you need this jig kit. It’s what allows you to accurately drill the necessary holes in the frame to get it functioning. A lot of folks around here use these for home defense pistols or compact concealed carry options. We see guys using these jigs in their basements all winter, building a pistol for the spring turkey season or to have a reliable backup for deer season. It’s a common project, and having the right tools matters.
What’s Included
- PF45 Jig: This is the main component. It guides your drill for precise hole placement.
- 3mm Drill Bit: Used for specific holes in the frame.
- 4mm Drill Bit: Used for other designated holes in the frame.
This kit is specifically designed for the Polymer80 PF45 frame blank. It doesn’t include the frame itself – just the tools to work on it. You’ll need basic tools like a drill press (recommended, but a hand drill can be used with care) and some measuring tools.
